Cancelling an Order
You can cancel an order any time before it's marked delivered, from the Order History tab in your account. Cancelled items are refunded in full (COD orders simply aren't charged).
Returns
Once your order is delivered, you have 7 days to request a return for eligible items. Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
To start a return, go to Order History in your account and select the item you'd like to return.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked "Final Sale"
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Items showing signs of wear or wash
